48-hour advance cancellation is required for all appointments OR CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
No-show or missed appointment may result in advance payment when scheduling another appointment.
All appointments for a treatment that require more than 2 hours must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Please contact your stylist directly to provide the information when booking online. Without your credit card information, your appointment will not be finalized.
All stylists at berry berry are independent contractors and each stylist is solely responsible for her/his own work.
